I love Hibachi but it's so expensive!
At Japanese restaurants you will see Hibachi cooks who generally "cook" right in front of you on a hot metal table of sorts. They are very talented with those knives!
My daughter's class when she was in elementary school had a field trip at one of those restaurants and it was a blast! The food was perfectly cooked but then when I returned a few months later my meat was tough. hmm
