Martin Luther really was a remarkable and powerful figure in the history of Christianity. No wonder that Time Magazine called him the most important person in Church history, other than Christ himself, for the past thousand years.
It is a shame that, having been the 'founder' of the Reformation, he is automatically subject to vilification by any Christian today who would rather that there never were a Reformation, and that they consequently do not care to know more about Dr. Luther, the most acclaimed Bible scholar of his day.
Luther was such a man that today would be hated more than Trump I think. He wasn't very kind in his speeches. In fact, he seemed to revel in insulting those who disagreed with him. But God still brought about change through that man which is a miracle in itself. LOL
