An old packet of ketchup. For some reason I think we'll use them and they stay in there for years.

There's nothing guaranteed to be in my fridge, but my freezer is almost guaranteed to have one of these items:

- Frozen, prepared potatoes of some description, either store bought or self made
- Frozen beans that I sprouted then cooked and are waiting to be added to meals
- Frozen grains that I sprouted and are waiting to be used

My fridge is likely to contain sauces such as mustard, garlic etc. Unused yeast packets that came from beer kits where I substituted another yeast. Wholegrain bread. Pickles. The odd vegetable that was wrapped and forgotten about and I will discover later has totally broken down. A homemade sauce hiding in the corner that I need to throw away.
