Rest is a very important thing especially when you have health problems. Lack of sleep can cause stress that brings about more illnesses.

I can only stay up usually if I've had a long nap the night before now. Sometimes, though, I get full of energy late at night and stay up a bit late. I love naps!

What is your doseage? Mine is 100 to 300 mg. 3 times a day as needed. It is also used as a mood stabilizer for some.

Feeling annoyed with Ebay today. This is about the 4th time I have not gotten a package. The seller is telling me to contact the DHL. We have no DHL. I informed them if I don't get it in 2 days I will ask for a refund. It was sent on Jan. 2. I should have got it by now. I am not going to order any more from Ebay.
