She seemed better but still has the diarrhea. May have to take her to the Vet tomorrow and get that Flagyl for her. I'm giving her rice and chicken.

Waiting for rice and chicken to work...mainly the rice to bind her up. We went out for a walk a different way today; trying out going different ways to walk-makes it more interesting. People also throw food on the grasses of the apt. complex I live in. I think Suzy may have picked up something from that when she went to eat a chicken bone that way lying in the grass. People can be so foolish! That really irked me that they would throw chicken bones on the lawn..grrrrr.

Good morning and yes Ruth some people have no sense of what is right and trashing the outdoors is a pet peeve of mine it is rediculous to have to see trash thrown about in nature just because some people are lazy and ignorant

The worst part is the food can have harmful bacteria that can make a dog sick. This is the second time she has found food in the lawn and she is sick again. I'm walking her in different areas now where they don't throw food.

Yes, Suzy found one in the grass a few mos ago and got diarrhea then, too. I had to pry it out of her mouth.

Suzy is an elder now too; 8 or 9 years old, not sure. I think I'm going to ask the Vet to do blood tests on her. To make sure nothing else is going on with her. I'm really worried about her. I love this little dog so much. She's the sweetest dog you ever want to meet!

I got an appointment to take Suzy in tomorrow morning. I had to also call the emergency Vet to have them fax Suzy's records to my regular animal hospital. I have to take a stool sample in, too. Checking for a parasite. Got to go to the bank this morning. Then buy some food, too.

I did my errands. Seems like I am spending so much money on food lately and I don't get that much. I think the prices have gone up. Maybe I better start going back to Aldi's and Save a Lot.
