PEG is something I was unaware of, but for decades I've advocated for the removal of MSG and HFCS from our food supply. They both have a negative effect on public health.

Now I'm going to have to start looking into PEG (and PG) as well.

I wonder why it is that we always seem to think we can improve on the food supply God provided for us, as if we somehow know more than he does.

PEG has been deemed as "safe" by the FDA and that needs to get reversed!
