I've deleted my entire essay. What of it that exists as quotes in other people posts I can't remove or I would.

Oh well, I would have engaged. Christianity has truth, many Christians do still miss some things that are true because of what there is they already believe, but being mistaken in something too. It can happen with me though I am careful.

What sort of things -truths- do you propose Christians miss because of their existing beliefs?

I do not expect agreement from here on anything I will name for such, and I am not here to debate things I see for such. But there could be agreement there are some things Christians miss because of their beliefs. There are disagreements among Christians. So at least some are missing some things. I propose that it is likely at least most, with modern perspectives also getting in the way. I am also pretty sure the design from God shown in the beginning, which Jesus referred to regarding the things that were not so in the beginning, are from God's perfect will for us, shown to be "very good", which in the Bible God was not calling anything else.

So you're talking about denominations are missing and not things Christians are missing that seculars and others aren't?

If that's the case, I imagine you are right, at least from my POV.
