Strawberry jam is always my favorite flavor. I bought my daughter some Amish made jam that was called Traffic Jam and she said it was delicious.

I love bitter orange marmalade. It has to be made with Seville oranges and have thick chunks of peel in it or it's just not the same. I also used to love the rhubarb and ginger jam my mum used to make. Now I have a house with space to make and store jam, if my dad still has the recpe for it maybe I'l try and make it myself.
