Favorite Vietnamese Dishes?

My personal favorites from what I've tried so far in life are : BBQ meats and sauteed veggies with vermicelli or over fried rice with fish oil sauce, Vietnamese spring rolls with a peanut butter sauce, Vietnamese chicken wings with a fish oil sauce and and Vietnamese seafood pizza, crepes and pancakes with a coconut oil sauce. How about you?

There is a pretty good Vietnamese restaurant near me and I have been going there for some time now, and tried a lot of things so I sort of know what I like. But at first it was difficult since they spoke very little English. They offer a Pho with shrimp and lots of added topping including sliced jalapeños, bean sprouts, fresh herbs and spring onions, I also like the vermicelli summer rolls with shrimp. The peanut sauce is so good. They have changed ownership three times, I still don’t know why, but the food stays similar tasting, but I still like the owners when I first started going there.

I have a pretty good one too, haven’t been there for 3 months though, due to the lock down in my area. Although I generally am not really partial to soups, except the French onion one.
