Mine are : risotta, sauteed rice with spices, meats and veggies, as a side with ketchup or soy sauce, sushi and Indian, Thai and Japanese rice curries. What's yours?[br]

Hands down for me, a seafood paella. Spanish chorizo, chicken thighs, rice, alcaparrado, tomatoes, saffron, mussels, scallops and shrimp. If done right, the socarrat (the crunchy rice) is some of the best. Close second and easier to make, arroz con pollo.
