International Delights is my favorite brand. Some of the others bother my stomach, like, a LOT. I like the caramel flavors the best and the Sweet Cream is good too from ID.

I use homemade almond milk, although for some time now, it's simply almond powder that I add hot water to. The coffee is cold brewed most of the time.

The cheapest powdered one or just milk. I don't really care.

I wonder if very many people still do put any cream or sugar in their coffees? When I was a kid, they all did so, and taking it "black" was something of an odd, rather macho, thing to do.

Now, though, there seem to be few people who don't take it black. Mainly, I think, that's because it's easier than having the right number of "lumps" or the correct sugar substitute and/or the right flavor or brand of cream--or having any of them handy. That's especially true if you're getting it from a machine at the office or a similar place.

I just take a splash of milk because I blend coffee specifically for the flavor of it and I don't want any strong flavors to overpower the blend. A while back my wife took to using flavored creamers and I told her if she was going to use that there was no point paying for quality coffee because the creamer would dominate the taste of it.

We used the tail end of some half-and-half a while back but even that seemed like it detracted from the taste of the coffee.

In situations where the coffee isn't anything special I still generally don't use creamers, just because I've never really been in the habit of it. The only time I will use them is at something like a hotel coffee bar where the coffee is barely passable and there are bunch of individual portions. I don't care for the creamer but don't care for the coffee much more, but if I want the caffeine there are only so many ways to get it.

I’m usually not a big coffee drinker, I prefer tea, but I do like cold Starbucks Frappuccinos and the occasional International Coffees.
