I'm practically a vegetarian at the Thanksgiving meal.....

I LOVE the mashed potatoes (truth is, I've never met a potato I didn't like; must be the German in me) - it's always go for that first (now the gravy really isn't vegetarian, however - and I love the gravy).
I LOVE that string bean cassarole thingy. Always have seconds on that.
i LOVE the dressing (or stuffing if you call it that)! That may not be purely vegetarian, either, I suppose...
I LOVE the fruit salad
I LOVE the special dinner rolls (I'm a big fan of fresh, hot bread.... I think I could live on it) Um, but I put butter on it
I LOVE the wine (I really love the wine)
I LOVE the pie!

Frankly, I can (and sometimes do) pass on the Turkey. Nothin' special

Today's dinner was green beans, red capsicum, corn, peas, carrot, onion, some vegetable stock, some cheese, chilli, and some basmati rice. Cooked in one pot. Made a nice dinner and a spare for another meal.
