MORNING

Where shall wisdom be found? Job 28:12

If any of you lack wisdom, let him ask of God, that giveth to all men liberally, and upbraideth not; and it shall be given him. But let him ask in faith, nothing wavering. James 1:5, 6

Trust in the LORD with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding. In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths. Prov. 3:5, 6

The only wise God. I Tim. 1:17

Be not wise in thine own eyes. Prov. 3:7

Ah, Lord GOD! behold, I cannot speak: for I am a child. But the Lord said unto me, Say not, I am a child: for thou shalt go to all that I shall send thee, and whatsoever I command thee thou shalt speak. Be not afraid of their faces: for I am with thee to deliver thee, saith the LORD. Jer. 1:6-8

Whatsoever ye shall ask the Father in my name, he will give it you. Hitherto have ye asked nothing in my name: ask, and ye shall receive, that your joy may be full. John 16:23, 24

All things whatsoever ye shall ask in prayer, believing, ye shall receive. Matt. 21:22

EVENING

I would not live alway. Job 7:16

And I said, O that I had wings like a dove! for then would I fly away, and be at rest. I would hasten my escape from the windy storm and tempest. Psa. 55:6, 8

In this we groan, earnestly desiring to be clothed upon with our house which is from heaven. For we that are in this tabernacle do groan, being burdened: not for that we would be unclothed, but clothed upon, that mortality might be swallowed up of life. II Cor. 5:2, 4

Having a desire to depart, and to be with Christ; which is far better. Phil. 1:23

Let us run with patience the race that is set before us. Looking unto Jesus the author and finisher of our faith; who, for the joy that was set before him, endured the cross, despising the shame, and is set down at the right hand of the throne of God. For consider him that endured such contradiction of sinners against himself, lest ye be wearied and faint in your minds. Heb. 12:1-3

Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid. John 14:27

MORNING

It is good for me that I have been afflicted; that I might learn thy statutes. Psa. 119:71

Though he were a Son, yet learned he obedience by the things which he suffered. Heb. 5:8

We suffer with him, that we may be also glorified together. For I reckon that the sufferings of this present time are not worthy to be compared with the glory which shall be revealed in us. Rom. 8:17, 18

He knoweth the way that I take: when he hath tried me, I shall come forth as gold. My foot hath held his steps, his way have I kept, and not declined. Job 23:10, 11

Thou shalt remember all the way which the LORD thy God led thee these forty years in the wilderness, to humble thee, and to prove thee, to know what was in thine heart, whether thou wouldest keep his commandments, or no. Thou shalt also consider in thine heart, that, as a man chasteneth his son, so the LORD thy God chasteneth thee. Therefore thou shalt keep the commandments of the LORD thy God, to walk in his ways, and to fear him. Deut. 8:2, 5, 6

EVENING

By strength shall no man prevail. I Sam. 2:9

Then said David to the Philistine, Thou comest to me with a sword, and with a spear, and with a shield: but I come to thee in the name of the Lord of hosts, the God of the armies of Israel, whom thou hast defied. And David put his hand in his bag, and took thence a stone, and slang it. So David prevailed over the Philistine with a sling and with a stone. I Sam. 17:45, 49, 50

There is no king saved by the multitude of an host: a mighty man is not delivered by much strength. Behold, the eye of the Lord is upon them that fear him, upon them that hope in his mercy. Psa. 33:16, 18

Both riches and honour come of thee, and thou reignest over all; and in thine hand is power and might; and in thine hand it is to make great, and to give strength unto all. I Chron. 29:12

I glory in my infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest upon me. Therefore I take pleasure in infirmities, in reproaches, in necessities, in persecutions, in distresses for Christ's sake: for when I am weak, then am I strong. II Cor. 12:9, 10

MORNING

It is God which worketh in you. Phil. 2:13

Not that we are sufficient of ourselves to think any thing as of ourselves; but our sufficiency is of God. II Cor. 3:5

A man can receive nothing, except it be given him from heaven. John 3:27

No man can come to me, except the Father which hath sent me draw him: and I will raise him up at the last day. John 6:44

And I will give them one heart, and one way, that they may fear me for ever. Jer. 32:39

Do not err, my beloved brethren. Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, and cometh down from the Father of lights, with whom is no variableness, neither shadow of turning. Of his own will begat he us with the word of truth, that we should be a kind of firstfruits of his creatures. James 1:16-18

For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto good works, which God hath before ordained that we should walk in them. Eph. 2:10

LORD, thou wilt ordain peace for us: for thou also hast wrought all our works in us. Isa. 26:12

EVENING

The spirit indeed is willing, but the flesh is weak. Matt. 26:41

In the way of thy judgments, O LORD, have we waited for thee; the desire of our soul is to thy name, and to the remembrance of thee. With my soul have I desired thee in the night; yea, with my spirit within me will I seek thee early. Isa. 26:8, 9

I know that in me, (that is, in my flesh) dwelleth no good thing: for to will is present with me; but how to perform that which is good I find not. For I delight in the law of God after the inward man: but I see another law in my members, warring against the law of my mind, and bringing me into captivity to the law of sin which is in my members. Rom. 7:18, 22, 23

The flesh lusteth against the Spirit, and the Spirit against the flesh: and these are contrary the one to the other: so that ye cannot do the things that ye would. Gal. 5:17

I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me. Phil. 4:13

Our sufficiency is of God. II Cor. 3:5

My grace is sufficient for thee. II Cor. 12:9

MORNING

He hath made him to be sin for us, who knew no sin; that we might be made the righteousness of God in him. II Cor. 5:21

The LORD hath laid on him the iniquity of us all. Isa. 53:6

Who his own self bare our sins in his own body on the tree, that we, being dead to sins, should live unto righteousness: by whose stripes ye were healed. I Pet. 2:24

As by one man's disobedience many were made sinners, so by the obedience of one shall many be made righteous. Rom. 5:19

After that the kindness and love of God our Saviour toward man appeared, not by works of righteousness which we have done, but according to his mercy he saved us, by the washing of regeneration, and renewing of the Holy Ghost; which he shed on us abundantly through Jesus Christ our Saviour; that being justified by his grace, we should be made heirs according to the hope of eternal life. Titus 3:4-7

There is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit. Rom. 8:1

The LORD our Righteousness. Jer. 23:6

EVENING

I will be as the dew unto Israel. Hos. 14:5

The meekness and gentleness of Christ. II Cor. 10:1

A bruised reed shall he not break, and the smoking flax shall he not quench. Isa. 42:3

The Spirit of the Lord is upon me, because he hath anointed me to preach the gospel to the poor; he hath sent me to heal the brokenhearted, to preach deliverance to the captives, and recovering of sight to the blind, to set at liberty them that are bruised, to preach the acceptable year of the Lord. And he began to say unto them, This day is this scripture fulfilled in your ears. And all bare him witness, and wondered at the gracious words which proceeded out of his mouth. Luke 4:18, 19, 21, 22

And the Lord turned, and looked upon Peter, and Peter remembered the word of the Lord, how he had said unto him, Before the **** crow, thou shalt deny me thrice. And Peter went out and wept bitterly. Luke 22:61, 62

He shall feed his flock like a shepherd: he shall gather the lambs with his arm, and carry them in his bosom, and shall gently lead those that are with young. Isa. 40:11

Saturday's was relieving. Thank you.

All are. How long have you studied scripture?

Don't you compile these verses freely, yourself, as in taking them strait from scripture and placing them here in the fashion of your choosing? I just ask because of the elequence of which it is done. Every time I read it, it opens my eyes anew, to a different perspective or to a different depth.

I am noone. Regardless, I commend you.
Thanks again. I hope you continue.

With Christ; which is far better. Phil. 1:23

I go to prepare a place for you. And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again, and receive you unto myself; that where I am, there ye may be also. John 14:2, 3

We are more than conquerors through him that loved us. Trees of righteousness, the planting of the LORD, that he might be glorified. Isa. 61:3

I commend you to God, and to the word of his grace, which is able to build you up, and to give you an inheritance among all them which are sanctified. Acts 20:32

MORNING

Bear ye one another's burdens, and so fulfil the law of Christ. Gal. 6:2

Look not every man on his own things, but every man also on the things of others. Let this mind be in you, which was also in Christ Jesus: who ... took upon him the form of a servant. Phil. 2:4, 5, 7

Even the Son of man came not to be ministered unto, but to minister, and to give his life a ransom for many. Mark 10:45

He died for all, that they which live should not henceforth live unto themselves, but unto him which died for them, and rose again. II Cor. 5:15

When Jesus ... saw her weeping, and the Jews also weeping which came with her, he groaned in the spirit, and was troubled. Jesus wept. John 11:33, 35

Rejoice with them that do rejoice, and weep with them that weep. Rom. 12:15

Be ye all of one mind, having compassion one of another, love as brethren, be pitiful, be courteous: not rendering evil for evil, or railing for railing: but contrariwise blessing; knowing that ye are thereunto called, that ye should inherit a blessing. I Pet. 3:8, 9

EVENING

Son, go work to day in my vineyard. Matt. 21:28

Thou art no more a servant, but a son; and if a son, then an heir of God through Christ. Gal. 4:7

Reckon ye ... yourselves to be dead indeed unto sin, but alive unto God through Jesus Christ our Lord. Let not sin therefore reign in your mortal body, that ye should obey it in the lusts thereof. Neither yield ye your members as instruments of unrighteousness unto sin; but yield yourselves unto God, as those that are alive from the dead, and your members as instruments of righteousness unto God. Rom. 6:11-13

As obedient children, not fashioning yourselves according to the former lusts in your ignorance: but as he which hath called you is holy, so be ye holy in all manner of conversation; because it is written, Be ye holy; for I am holy. I Pet. 1:14, 15

Sanctified, and meet for the master's use, and prepared unto every good work. II Tim. 2:21

Therefore, my beloved brethren, be ye stedfast, unmoveable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, forasmuch as ye know that your labour is not in vain in the Lord. I Cor. 15:58

Yet not altogether with the fornicators of this world, or with the covetous, or extortioners, or with idolaters; for then must ye needs go out of the world. I have written unto you not to keep company, if any man that is called a brother be a fornicator, or covetous, or an idolater, or a railer, or a drunkard, or an extortioner; with such an one no not to eat.
