Tea makes my throat close up so I have to say Coffee. I drink mostly decaf though because the caffeine is too much for me at times.

I'm into fancy roasted coffee beans... not so much the creamers. But the herb teas I love are like apple-cinnamon and chamomile, with a cardamom scone. So good!
