Christmas blues can be hard, so how do you deal?

I am not feeling Christmassy this year. Its probably cause I'm not with my family so that has been hard.

I try my hardest but its just to hard and sad.

Maybe send a nice note to someone, or a surprise gift, or help out at a church that provides food for the less fortunate.

Being alone is never easy and yet there are ways for you to not be alone for short periods of time by going out into the community and taking part in social events or church events or helping out at the soup kitchens. You see, the more you busy yourself with others the more you feel as if you are being used by God and then the loneliness escapes and you will be filled with hope for your future as you know there is more to life when you help fellow man.

We had our Christmas with the family and it went really well so I'm glad for that.
