Not sure if the is the place to post this so if not, please move.
We see so much in the news about people shooting people and most recently the shooting in Charlotte. One of the first things I see is people wondering if the person was mentally ill. Now, anyone who goes off and kills others would be mentally ill at that moment. What I don't understand is why we can't refer to these people as evil and sinful with no respect for human life. This recent one got into a group and then decided blacks have no right to live. In my opinion, people who shoot others, especially these premeditated ones don't have respect for human life and don't put much of a value on others. The root cause of all of it is sin and pure evilness.
I am not questioning that there are those who may have mental health issues, but why does that have to always be the first thought. Many more people with those issues do not go around killing others. Because of this, I got to thinking that the issue is much deeper.
