Holland is the only place I've ever seen them. I used to travel to Holland on business periodically, and knew a few other people who travelled to Holland, and combinations of Hopjes and siroopwaffels frequently came back.

I Robot is a lovely collection of Isaac Asimov science fiction stories about Robots. In the collection there are several stories about Dr Susan Calvin. All very entertaining. I read them when I was a teenager (around 13 to 15 was my sci fi hay day).
