OMG lamm..i just found out, the default theme was to blame. after choosing other themes, i was able to access arcade! thats weird isnt it? access is affected by simple theme config glitch..for me anyways. so you could say the problem is solved.

Morbid Blue was the reason? That's so weird! I'm really glad you figured it out though!
