Very true, like all emotions anger can be ok or it can be sin, it is good to know the line that shouldnt be crossed

I used to get angry a lot but I got tired of it. It's so useless. I just don't care anymore. Got mad a lot at first ex, second ex I said 3 times hey I dont like it if you leave me and hang out with your friend all the time, didnt care, okay then not, bye, over. Too much useless effort. They understand nothing anyway and dont care.

The difficulty is that anger can so easily lead to hatred. Hatred is like a powerful acid. It corrodes the container in which it is stored as much as the object on which it is poured.
