    Here in the US we have some states that are adopting some really strict policies for the future. The problem is that those states are not ready to even begin to be able to implement those policies and are setting themselves up for failure. My question is...should the other states in the nation...

    Most people in my area have farm animals and we have allergies...so we never will own them :D Although, I really want a sheep!

    My soup turned out great!! After the first hour and a half I grew concerned, but after 2 hours they suddenly were perfect and I turned the flame off. My homemade cornbread wasn't fully cooked in the middle though, and I had to put it back in the oven for another 7 minutes!! Ham and bean soup...

    I soaked my beans for over 6 hours and now they're in the pot and it's been an hour and they aren't getting tender yet. How long does it take? The recipe said an hour and a half.

    I've only returned one thing before and that was a phone. I've tried to return two other things, but contacted the sellers about it first to tell them what was happening and they told me to keep the products and they would send out another one for free. That was cool.

    I hiked 3.5 miles yesterday and explored some of the last fire trails until winter because snakes and ticks are out now. These last few had wide enough of a trail with no leaves that I felt safe to go on them. Now it's going to rain today so no park for me.

    Yes, cleaning means putting the olive oil back in the cabinet, adding the mixing bowl to the dishwasher, putting away the spices, etc... Not wash a dish then a minute later wash the next one.

    Clean as you go is something one of my bosses taught me to save time. I used to save it all up until the end and then would get frustrated at how much work had to be done, but she told me to just put things away as I use them and it's easier afterward.
