    I sometimes go slower so that they pass me (if there is room). If there is a parking lot, I will try to pull over and let them pass. I've even gone a different direction to get out of their way, because they're obviously more important than me (tongue in cheek).

    I think that before people actually meet up that they need to have the conversation of who is going to pay. Then it ends the uncomfortable and awkward conversation later when the bill comes (or after that!).

    I have only seen a couple of pastors who don't believe in OJ on Lutherquest, and they've gone onto other denominations since then. Of course scripture gives a fuller revelation of God.

    If you want to continue to keep watching these kids, maybe incorporate a fee for snacks that you provide to give her the hint that she needs to contribute something to you? Or let her know you're only available for an hour instead of 4 (or however long she uses you).
