    Do you mean, how can we see that a person is a Christian? Because that's what it stems down to. The problem is that we still have the sinful human being to deal with, so even if you were to see glimpses of that person doing something "good", you might catch him on a bad day and he's now doing...

    My husband's family always did pizza on Christmas Eve and then midnight mass. We don't go to midnight mass now, but we still do pizza on Christmas Eve. Then on Christmas morning, church - depending on the weather, and gift opening then making bread pudding for breakfast, and homemade ravioli...

    For young girls, lip gloss and nail polish is sometimes enjoyed. I've also gotten my daughter some cheap earrings to go in her stocking. For boys, no idea.

    Of course there is change, and that's the Holy Spirit's doing. I believe that I cannot by my own reason or strength, believe in Jesus Christ, my Lord, or come to Him. But the Holy Spirit has called me by the Gospel, enlightened me with His gifts, sanctified me and kept me in the true faith.

    The attention to architectural detail. Houses that are built today just look so sterile compared to the hominess you see in a house a hundred years old.

    Yes, we become the New Adam, but also remember that we still live in these sinful bodies and when you look at our actions, you might get a glimpse of the new man, but you also might see that we sin.
