    Ah, if you slice it thinly on the wide side, put it in olive oil in a cold stainless steel pan and heat it up slowly on low, it's not spicy. It becomes rather sweet tasting.

    They do the all inclusive sermon stuff because "Jesus loves everyone", which is true, but Jesus also called us to repent from sin and turn toward Him.

    My blood work numbers showed some climb in the wrong direction, but I'm at the edge of normal, so my doctor told me yesterday on a video call to just keep doing what I'm doing, but be mindful of saturated fats. She also said more fiber can bring down those levels easily. Does anyone else use...

    Do you have one of those watches that talk to you while you do your runs? There are a couple of people on the trail I do that have that and I can hear it before I see them because it's so loud!
