    I had a nap and woke with a cramp in my shin region (the muscle next to the shin bone on the 'outside' of the leg), it went away fairly quickly and was not especially painful but it made my great-toe curl up. It looked strange. Never had one before. :)

    Tradition holds that he was but there's no objective historical proof for 25th-December. I am inclined to think that the 25th is a good approximation; one that's good enough to run with. The traditional date for the annunciation is 25th-March and that too seems like a good approximation.

    Zone Alarm

    It's working well for me so far. It might be worth a try if you want slightly better firewall protection than is offered by Microsoft's one. The Microsoft firewall is good but I think zonealarm has a few tweaks that make it better.
