United Airlines Removed Passenger After Overbooking

That story does not seem very credible. Only one passenger said that Dao agreed to leave. In the videos you can hear one passenger loudly praising the security officers for forcibly removing Dao. Perhaps the passenger who has made this new claim is the one who was praising the violent action...

    The Filioque Clause

The council of Florence offered a solution that the Greek Orthodox bishops present at the council accepted but that was later rejected in Constantinople. The proposed solution was to understand that the meaning of "and the Son" may be construed to be "and through the Son" thus maintaining the...

    Anger

Jesus was angry with the scribes and Pharisees. And he entered again into the synagogue; and there was a man there which had a withered hand. And they watched him, whether he would heal him on the sabbath day; that they might accuse him. And he saith unto the man which had the withered hand...

    The Filioque Clause

The split had a lot more to do with mutual excommunications than it had to do with the filioque in the Nicene Creed recited in Latin churches. But as time passed and the immediate heat of the excommunications ebbed other things came to the fore as reasons to sustain the breach - the filioque was...

    Lent

Tonight was the mass of the Lord's supper. It is the mass where the elders wash the feet of twelve men from the congregation. Tomorrow is Good Friday so no mass is said in any Catholic Church anywhere in the world on that day but there is a communion service - using the bread & wine blessed at...

stewards entrusted with the mysteries of God

You concluded your previous post with the words so no teaching could be infallible I would think. Yet the holy scriptures were written by the hands of men and are regarded as infallible by many Christians. That is why I asked Are the holy scriptures not infallibly true? I asked because I wanted...
