Catholic Church definition of the canonical scriptures.

It isn't my Roman list, it isn't especially Roman. It is the list of North Africa and of Rome. It contains all of the books that Catholics accept as inspired holy scripture. It is based on the contents of the LXX manuscripts available at the time and some of them are still available today.

    A P O C R Y P H A : Included in every Holy Bible from the 4th century AD to the 19th Century AD

Those opposing the inclusion of the seven missing books and two eviscerated books in their bibles appear to rely on fear of contamination by allegedly un-inspired books in their bibles, uncertainty about which allegedly un-inspired books are intended to be included, and doubt about the history...

USA Have you seen 2000 Mules?

Rubber gloves for fear of COVID perhaps? Three AM for personal reasons which we do not know. And I cannot say that I saw one individual visit ten drop boxes.

    A P O C R Y P H A : Included in every Holy Bible from the 4th century AD to the 19th Century AD

Given that the councils in North Africa at Hippo and Carthage had at least one hundred bishops in attendance, given that their list of canonical scripture has been preserved from the fourth century to today, and given that the council of Rome also confirmed the same list of canonical books as...

USA Have you seen 2000 Mules?

The "Mules" thing looks silly. Have any of you ever filled in a 'postal vote'? If you have, and I have, then you know the ballot has to be witnessed (before you fill it in) and sealed after you fill it in and it has your name and address on the surrounding envelope. The idea that having some...

"America" is now offensive to N and S America

An imaginative "Australia" model that you've created, but you need not imagine a north vs south continent. Have a look at Africa. Africa has many nations in it, one is named "South Africa". What do people from South Africa call themselves? Do they insist on being called "African" and "Africans"...
