    What Is Sin?

Of course! How could I forget! It's "proof texting" whenever the verse or verses disagree with MennoSota's stated view and it is exegesis whenever the verse can be made to say whatever happens to be MennoSota's stated view. Dear me! Imagine forgetting that :smirk:

    The Triune God.

No child of God can be haughty about the Holy Trinity because no one discovered it or carefully reasoned it out it was revealed by God little by little and line by line here a little and there a little until it was clear enough for a child to see. God is one and God is Father, Son, and Holy...

    What Is Sin?

The trouble with proof texting as you have done in the quote is that it loses context. Context is wider than a surrounding paragraph, it includes everything in the holy scripture and specifically those things that teach on the same topic that a particular passage addresses. Consider what saint...

    What Is Sin?

Holy Scripture says sin is lawlessness. That's a big word intended to mean living without one's conscience.

    the meaning of Baptism

Even the Catechism is short compared to Menno's posts! THE SACRAMENT OF BAPTISM 252. What names are given to the first sacrament of initiation? This sacrament is primarily called Baptism because of the central rite with which it is celebrated. To baptise means to “immerse” in water. The one...

    The Triune God.

Yes, that is what I wrote. God created angels and human beings in his image; the angels are "pure spirits" and as such reflect God's nature as spirit while Human Beings hear the image of God that the Lord Jesus Christ bore and continues to bear as God incarnate.

    The Triune God.

If you read the whole Athanasian Creed (a task that takes around two minutes if you read slowly) then you'd know what Blessed Mary is the Mother of God incarnate, the Son, and not of the Trinity.

25 dead in a mass church shooting in Texas

At church today one lady asked "how many mass shootings will it take before they (USA citizens) say "enough!" and demand laws to tightly control gun ownership?". I guess it may take many more. God grant grace and eternal peace to the people killed.
