    Best Cough Remedies?

    Well cough syrup is now out for me :( It made the mucous worse last night and my heart raced. The hot shower works the best but I can't live in there! oh well. I also learned that anything sweet will make it worse as well as coffee. Drinking ice cold water helps but room temp feels funny...

    Was he drunk? :( When I was little my cousin had a firework blow up in his hand but it didn't take the hand off. He was fortunate. He was still in a lot of pain though. My cousin wasn't too bright!

    I'm taking a Robitussin store brand it's not very strong. It doesn't work very well either! Why is it that I feel better when standing...or hunched over like when I'm riding my bike?

    I just buy an unscented ant spray and spray it by the door openings and none come in until it gets mopped away and then I have to respray.

    It sounds as if you'll be required to teach something at some point in your job that you are against. Are you able to live with having to do that? They obviously won't change their minds on it if it's specifically pointed out as one of their values.

    I've never been a huge fan of fireworks. My cousins used to be total idiots with them so of course I never felt safe.

    I usually use a humidifier and it helps right away. This time it helped at first but now it didn't seem to work last night. I've been drinking tons of liquids. What do you usually do to remedy a cough? Besides cough syrup. I like to go au natural ;)

    Answer: Put him on an internet travel ban? Seriously though I am not sure why he thinks he needs to be in constant communication with the American people. Has there been a President in the past who overused something...like a phone or tv and made himself look bad?

    Prayers for the 4th

    Today is what I consider a dangerous day. The 4th of July in the US is filled with people getting drunk and shooting off all kinds of fireworks...and illegal ones too. Mixing alcohol and fireworks is not good and people get hurt. Please pray for the innocent victims who will be injured today...

    Comedy show?

    Have you ever been to a live comedy show? Was it good? Who is your favorite comedian? I went to see 2nd Street Theater group once and they were hilarious. My favorite comedian used to be Gallagher...the guy who would split the watermelon all over the crowd. I'm not sure I have a favorite anymore.

    Strav that soup sounds really good. My sore throat from coughing thinks so too ;) I just finished eating pancakes and am drinking coffee. I can't have coffee too often but I wanted something to drink and I'm so sick of water.

    What's the best fireworks you've ever seen (anyone)? I think Disney does them the best and Chicago 2nd...it used to be when they had the Taste of Chicago.
