    I was told it's due to lower blood pressure. I was also told if I kept it up that it would go away as my body adjusted over time...which isn't true! Downward dog is such a killer for me. I'm not normally prone to headaches.

    I have tried yoga that is part of exercise programs (P90X and such) and there is no mysticism involved in those. It's all about the stretching to help the muscles and balance. I hate doing it though because it gives me a headache every time.

    Try putting baking soda all over it and put it in a plastic bag for a week. Then shake it out and wash it and see if the smell dissipates.

    Glitter used to be made with glass before plastic became the norm. I've always been leery of glitter near my eyes or mouth since a child because of the glass warning. Even thought it's plastic now who knows how the body could react? No thanks.

    I think you're right. I typed something up but I know there are those who would take my wording the wrong way so I deleted it. But I do agree that experiences play a huge role in those who are labeled depressed as opposed to those who are truly chemically imbalanced.

    Sometimes while I'm out hiking and I see all kinds of creatures (mostly insects LOL) I marvel at how they are formed and live their tiny lives. God created all those little things and they are marvelous!
