    Prayers that you'll be fine, Jo!! Recovery is slow going. Yesterday we were driving home and I spotted some road kill on the road and wanted to warm my husband but couldn't think of the word. So I said, "Squish!" Yeah. That's how it's been.

    I love both hummus and falafel. Not sure what I can eat with the hummus since I can't have hard veggies or crumbly crackers. I stole a piece of my husband's cheese pizza yesterday ;) Shhh. I had no problems eating it!

    I was specifically told to not have any seeds or fruits/veggies with skins, even if blended. There must be a reason on their part to add that in there.

    Recovery after surgery

    I've had minor surgeries before but never spent the night until now. I believe my recoveries then were a week until full normal. With this one I had some problems and have bruises all over my arms from the taking of blood, IVs and shots. My tummy sounds like an aquarium is in it.
