    I don't think they can go in and remove them because they are so small and deep in the neck. I'll just have to live with the possibility that they could work their way out at any time and cause infection as it happens. I keep saying that modern surgery isn't so modern!

    Absolutely not. We are saved by grace through faith and faith comes by the word, not of ourselves. Those who reject the Savior reject the forgiveness of sins won at the cross and reject faith to trust in that. They do not receive salvation even though Jesus died for them.
