    Tupperware makes a gripper that you wrap around the lid and this works great for opening most lids. When that is too tough, running it under hot water or lightly tapping it on the counter works.

    11 miles? That's awesome! I was up to 3 miles a day again but my body is telling me to take a break today so I'm going to listen to it. I'm only 12 weeks post op so I think I should do what feels right. I meant to write 3 miles all at once. At the end of the day I end up with around 5 miles total.

    You continue to sin. I continue to sin. We live in sinful bodies and each of us continue to sin. So we are at the same time saint and sinner. Saint because of belief in Jesus and sinner because we sin daily.
