    Waiting for a new mattress with adjustable base to be delivered today! I'm really excited about it. Because I still have hypo symptoms I get very cold at night and my husband is very hot and needs to have the ceiling fan on super high...so I just go into another room to sleep when we can't agree...

    Working outside on the house...my arms are so sore :( I need to really start lifting the dumbbells consistently to gain muscle again after my surgeries left me so pathetically weak.

    This was my grandmother's favorite song!! No Lutheran church plays it because as you say...there's no theology in it. My grandmother was not Lutheran.

    I often wonder what to do when I have someone working at my house. Do I stick around and make sure the guy is being honest about his work or do I go about my business and wait for him to produce the bill? Do I check in often or only once or twice?

    It's true that there are things in the bible that we don't want to read and we'll disagree with as well. But don't forget that the bible also helps us understand how God is saving us through Christ. That should give joy and peace and not anxiety.

    How was the beach? It's foggy here right now and will be hot and humid all day which is bad timing for the contractor to work on the outside of our house. Rain the rest of the week I guess.

    That was true when my dog was alive! She was a little piggy. My husband was the one who shared people food with her even though I told him not to. So then she begged every time anyone was eating and it was so annoying.
