    Empty Nesters

    My oldest brother and his wife are now empty nesters. All of his children moved away from home and 3 out of 4 are out of state. This Christmas time my brother and his wife visited his kids out of state. They all had a good time. My brother missed them so much, it's a heart ache for him.

    I just got back from the orthopedic doctor. The last time they took xrays my foot and ankle were too swollen to tell what was what but it looked like a fractured foot. Today he said I have a broken ankle and broken foot bone. I have to be in this cast for at least 6 more weeks. Ugh, well...
