    No. It was just something that crossed my mind when I was reading the online newspapers. A lot of Christians glorify the country Israel as if it's something more special than the actual believers.

    I always considered it a Kingdom and not a country. I suppose they could be the same. Today, the country of Israel has those who reject the Savior. Are we to support them? That's part of what I want to know.

    "Israel" was not a country when Revelation was written. That didn't happen until 1948. Israel in the bible refers to God's chosen people and those who reject Him and happen to live in that area are not part of His people.
