I have mixed feelings about insurances...life, auto, homeowners, disability, etc... On one hand you are obligated to have it and it's nice for emergencies. On the other your claims could get denied!

You might have to switch to walking more throughout the day? Force yourself to walk 15 minutes before you eat lunch maybe? I read that 15 minutes of brisk activity a few times throughout the day is really good for the body.

I only wear my wedding ring set right now. I used to wear a cross and my Bethel bible study pendant around my neck but after my surgeries I'm sensitive to anything there.
Good Evening. I had a great day. No scope for me! Yay :) I'm not sure why my doctor didn't do the scope but I'm glad we're waiting now until January for the next one.
