    Hmm...I'm not sure, but I'll go with self. I think people tend to sabotage their own happiness, or they don't realize how blessed they are to appreciate it enough.

    I did almost 3 miles yesterday on the trail, but knew not to push it because I'd had tummy problems for a few days. I'm glad I listened to my instincts.
