    Yes, just keep moving and your body will reap the rewards. I try to make sure I get 10,000 to 15,000 steps daily whether it's just walking around my house or doing hard cardio plus walking. Even standing in place and walking will benefit you :)

    We have builder grade windows that are awful and there was no caulking at all so that was the first thing I did when we moved in! Caulk everywhere! :D It helped a lot but we still get air coming around the area where the windows open and nothing can be helped except to replace the windows.
