    Help with diet

    Went to the ER earlier today for pain. They helped some and told me stuff I already knew. I have fatty liver disease but the doctor says I also have NASH. Never heard if it till today. He said that would explain my pain.He says I need to loose 100 pounds!! I would love to but I don't know how...

    I went to the doctor and told her what I was going through and she has ordered a sleep study test. I hear back from the hospital in a week or 2. Please pray I get some results as this is just ridiculous as I am not sleeping well at all. :( I will update more later. Thank you and God Bless...
