    Sure there are SOME who might not be saved but the OP stated "many". Did you really think that there were many others alongside you? At the churches I've attended I have yet to meet someone who rejected the Savior.

    Even Calvinists agree that the atonement doesn't automatically admit someone to heaven...they have to receive what God earned by grace through faith. Maybe Menno isn't quite Calvinist? Lutherans believe that the atonement was for all man, just like Adam's fall affected all of man...Jesus...

    I don't believe there is free will for salvation. The will is bound to sin. John 15:16 states it is not our decision.

    If you sin and don't turn back to God, you could fall from faith. That's the difference. Repentance is turning away from sin and toward God. When someone repeatedly sins and doesn't repent, he isn't turning back to God and could lose faith all together.

    If you don't turn to God, then you aren't in full repentance. Turning away from sin...that's only the first part. The second part is turning toward God as the verse states. Again you keep leaving God out of the equation and don't give Him credit where it's due.
