    Infant Baptism

Mark 16:16 tells me that baptism is connected to the idea of being saved and that unbelief is connected to the idea of being damned. There's nothing in the verse that teaches that "baptism was the final seal of a commitment made to God". You haven't explained where holy scripture teaches that...

I prefer pork sausages over beef, lamb, and chicken. But I am especially keen on pork sausages with apple and spices in them. The go so well with mustard and tomato sauce. And, this is important, eating pork proves that one is a Catholic :P drinking whisky helps too :P

    Will I be held accountable?

Do you think that accountability excludes grace or that grace excludes accountability? Can both be operative? What do you make of Matthew chapter 25?

    Will I be held accountable?

Is God's love, mercy, and justice separable considering that we believe in one God who does not change and who is not divisible nor made of parts?

    Will I be held accountable?

How can I forgive myself? You do not get to be the one who forgives, That is God's role and the cross is a sign of just how far God is willing to go in order to make his forgiveness visible and available to us all. Saint Paul urges "whatever is good, lovely, holy etcetera ... think on these...

    Will I be held accountable?

Will I be held accountable for what I've said and done to hurt others? Yes you will be, and that cannot be changed yet God is merciful and his love is fierce - a burning passion that very likely is what 'purgatory' is about being a burning fire that cleanses and purifies leaving only the good...

    They don't believe Paul

God's love is scary - fiercely scary. It's passionate in ways that human beings find frightening ... the cross is an example of what that kind of love is like.
