    At this time of year, apple cider donuts are popular. They're so much better when they're fresh off the donut making machines and nice and warm. We went today and got 6 of them and each ate 2 in the car before we drove home LOL Have you ever tried these donuts?

    I've had a bit of a sore throat all day. Tomorrow is a memorial for a former church member, and I really want to go to it. So I'm heading to be early in hopes that I wake up A-Okay!

    I told my daughter about the dream and she laughed. Getting a baby alligator is something she'd probably do without telling me, and I think that's part of the point of the dream. My daughter is 31 and I hear about a lot of stuff she does from her roommate and her cousins.

    I woke up with kind of a weird feeling in my throat. Is it allergies? Or am I catching something. I don't feel sick, just a throat thing. I don't have much to do thankfully today, so I can take it easy.

    Retaining wall or tiers for a slope?

    Anyone have any words of wisdom on building a proper retaining wall? We have a slope in the front and I'd like to do tiers so I can step up. It's not a wide spot, and there are bushes already there, so I have to work around them.
