    Winter Workouts

    I like to run but will not run in the cold. I will either go to the gym or not run. I have some dumbbells at home that I can do indoor exercises with if I ever get the motivation to do so, which is irregular to say the least.

    Family Doctor?

    Yes, I have a family doctor and an endocrinologist for my diabetes. Regular doctor is available to help me with general issues, prostate problems and general health issues like if I get a cold. Though sometimes I still go to urgent care if I am in a hurry to see someone.
