    What time do you go to bed?

    I come upstairs about 8/9pm then go on pc for a short while, then lay on bed watching tv and talking on messenger, I go to sleep about 1am wake up on and off through the night usually get up about 7ish do meds etc and come back to bed for awhile. I sleep maybe 5 hours every night if I'm lucky...

    I to am diabetic, Type 2... I take pills for it morning and night 1 lot in the morning and one lot at night Metformin, is the night cant remember the morning name, Ye they seem to be working ok but sugar levels do go up and down at times tho but nothing major, I mentioned it to the doctor so...
