    Scriptures state that where 2 or 3 are gathered in His name He is there. Now you say He's not. I prefer to trust the Bible. I also prefer to trust that God's Word is effective in working in the Christian to do God's Will. The Holy Spirit has not left us on our own.

    You didn't respond to my question. Don't you think the Holy Spirit guides us into knowing Him by His Word? He can do it on any day of the week, even on a Sunday in a CHURCH building where people go to worship.

    So you don't believe the Holy Spirit guides the Christian at all in his walk? Isn't that what you're doubting and questioning? Do you see that it a judgment you're placing on others in the life of someone you can't see? Those who are in church are being fed by Him by His Word.

    We are all saved in the same way, by grace through faith not by works so no one can boast. Now, the OP speaks about the papacy and a connection to the book of Daniel but I disagree with his premise.

    The Jews of today reject the Savior. Those who reject Him damn themselves. Those who receive Him and profess Jesus as their Savior will have salvation.

    I don't believe in the sinners prayer at all for salvation. The Savior saves, not a prayer. If there are no facts to back up evidence then why make claims to try to deceive? I don't get it. We aren't saved by our own actions. We can't DO anything to save ourselves. Working our our salvation...

    More and more Jews are coming to believe just as more and more Atheists are and more and more Buddhists are. Those who don't believe damn themselves, don't they? Now what was once Saturday in the cycle could probably be Monday in the cycle and not the true Sabbath that it was 2,000 years ago...
