    God told you? I have my doubts that God told you we're already in heaven. The reason is because God wouldn't lie to us and scriptures tell us that Jesus has not returned yet.

    Thinking it might be too humid to walk and not pass out. We have to go out once it's an acceptable time to make noise outside and clean up the debris from yesterday's storm. It's worse than when the tropical storm went through, so many twigs, mulch and nuts flowed through our property.

    The treasure Christians want and need is Jesus our Redeemer. He is more precious than any other thing you could find here on Earth. As Christians, God doesn't need our good works. Our neighbors do though so we work hard to follow God's good and Holy Law to show love to God and to our neighbors...

    It's obvious you've been hurt in your marriage and I would really advise you to seek counseling for your depression. As for heaven, the things you do and don't do here on earth isn't what gets you to heaven. It's Jesus the Savior and trusting in His death and resurrection.

    Leaving your family isn't what gets you eternal life. You've mistaken what Jesus says. He is the Savior. He died for your sins. Having a Savior is what gets you eternal life.

    Jesus died for the sin of the world. Not all will have eternal life though, only those who trust in the forgiveness won by Him will live. Those who reject Him damn themselves. The shroud has nothing to do with our salvation.
