    Lam I use digestive enzymes and a probiotic. I rarely have digestive issues. You might want to try that as well. I have found that taking digestive enzymes with a glass of water helps back of the head headaches.

    Hi Lam. Believe it or not, heartburn is a sign that you do not have enough acid in your stomach. Try this. 1/8 tsp sea salt in 8 oz water instead of an antacid (you too Bill). This will stimulate your acid producers and relieve your heartburn.

    He is back in prison after his brief hospital stay. He is probably dying. I read that the hospital wanted to do surgery on him but his condition was too weak so they sent him back to prison.
