    From what I read above in the OP's posts, salvation which is having eternal life with God is not really dependent on Jesus' death and resurrection but instead looks to what man does. Am I correct in what I have read in your posts?

    @Stravinsk I've never done any canning of preserves. The Amish do it all the time and the results are excellent but I have no idea how they do it. It's just easier to go down to their little stands and purchase what I need :D They even started putting a label with ingredients on their jars...

    I don't plan on watching at home forever but with the elderly it's actually a great option who want to remain a part of a congregation :)
