    I am not sure what you mean by which kind. We go to a locally owned one which has a huge salad bar as well as lots of selections for meat and sides. Then there is a small desert bar. They have the best bread pudding.

    We have had one or two in the past. Mainly for the churches my husband serves. No freewill basket. Basically he would have some picked out and would also ask for people attending to ask for their favorite hymns. Every once in a while, he will have a short one before the morning service begins.
