    Universal salvation believes that all are saved regardless of anything. Christianity believes that God has redeemed us through the cross and that we receive salvation by faith in the Savior and those who don't have faith don't receive it.

    Does this make Christians uncomfortable then - Micah 7:18 Who is a God like you, who pardons sin and forgives the transgression of the remnant of his inheritance? You do not stay angry forever but delight to show mercy.

    I love the Gospel of Jesus as well and that's because it relieves me of the burden of salvation since He won that pardon for me and I get to be with God for all eternity. That's not uncomfortable to me at all.
